  • Homework: Discuss plan with partner and revise.

 

Month 2: Communication, Influence & Client Relationships

  • Personal Growth: Understanding personality styles (DISC), improving communication, and overcoming fear of closing the deal.

  • Business Strategy: Building strong client relationships, mastering negotiations, and creating referral-based business

  • Worksheet: DISC Communication Guide – Identify your style and learn how to adjust for better client interactions

  • Homework: Identify key areas where communication is difficult: with family, with partner, with clients.

 

Month 3: Marketing, Branding & Business Growth

  • Personal Growth: Overcoming imposter syndrome and embracing visibility

  • Business Strategy: Personal branding, social media strategies, and networking for business growth according to skill and temperament

  • Worksheet: Brand & Marketing Blueprint – Define your brand message, create a content strategy, and outline your visibility plan. Improve web presence.

  • Homework: Improve low hanging fruit web presence

 

Month 4: Money Mastery & Business Systems

  • Personal Growth: Developing a healthy money mindset, managing finances with confidence

  • Business Strategy: Budgeting for profitability, tracking expenses, and implementing efficient business systems

  • Worksheet: Financial Freedom & Business Systems Plan – Income planning, budget templates, and automation checklist

  • Homework: Personal Budget, Business Budget. Honest problem and success identifier. 

 

Month 5: Avoiding Burnout & Creating Balance

  •  1 Kick off event - Dinner + Half Day Training in April​

  • Bi-weekly Office Hours (1 live / 1 private) 

    • 1 live zoom where we talk together

    • 1 2-3 hour office hour period for 20 minute private chats

  • Monthly Group Call / Masterclass (topic, worksheet, Q&A session) 

    • Teaching Session

  • FB Group 

  • 1:1 Coaching Session with Monica (1x during course of program) 

    • This would be in Aug - November to help wrap up challenges discovered that need solutions.
